Office of the University Registrar

Mission: The Office of the University Registrar provides responsive, considerate and knowledgeable service, ensures adherence to academic policy, creates & safeguards academic records, collects & analyzes critical data & promotes collaborative, informed enrollment management decisions.

Student Financial Affairs

Mission: The mission of the Office for Student Financial Affairs is to enhance recruitment and retention of students through research and support of financial aid programs while assisting parents and students in planning for and meeting higher education expenses.

  • Advising for the collges of dentistry, law, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health & health professions, veterinary medicine, & the MBA & graduate business program

Processing & Specialized Programs
  • Evaluates students with enrollment changes to determine necessary award adjustments
  • Evaluates students selected for the Federal Verification process
  • Processes financial aid for students completing coursework abroad & at other institutions
  • Monitors students' Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
  • Evaluates cost of attendance, dependency override, SAP & financial aid revision petitions
Outreach, Training & Compliance
  • Coordinate outreach opportunities
  • Create and conduct training programs for Student Financial Affairs staff
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state & institutional regulations
Systems & Reporting

UF Online Enrollment Services

Mission: The mission of UF Online enrollment services is to provide UF Online prospective students, current students and alumni first-class customer service throughout the entire enrollment lifecycle, with a specific interest in increasing student enrollment and retention.
